Repowering Applications
Application submission/Advice/Regulations
What’s involved:
- Review the Ofgem legislation and liaise with the client on the feasibility of repowering
- Consult with external stakeholders: Planning authorities, Legal representatives, NIEN (Northern Ireland Electricity Networks and Ofgem)
- Engage with Ofgem to communicate the changes to the generating station
- Submission of output data and ROC claims during the Ofgem review process
- Liaise with Ofgem to satisfy any outstanding queries or information requests
- Assist with the generating station receiving ROCs following decision notice
