How we can help
Our dedicated Northern Ireland based Microgeneration team has extensive experience in dealing with Ofgem, NIE, installers and MCS. We offer exceptional customer service, endeavouring to process your ROC payments and resolve any queries regarding your generating station as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our team liaises directly with the renewables team in Ofgem and manages all administration on behalf of our customers.
How do ROC payments work?
In order to receive your ROC payment you are required to provide us with an annual meter reading on the 31st March each year. Payments to customers are made annually when ROCs have been released to us by Ofgem and traded on the live market. ROC payments are made to customers within 28 working days of receipt of cleared funds after Action Renewables sell the ROCs.
We provide annual remittance emails directly to you via our meter reading portal with a breakdown of your payments. Payments are made promptly and issued to your nominated bank account.
