Action Renewables is thrilled to announce their continued support and sponsorship of the Energy Institute of Northern Ireland annual dinner. This years gala dinner will be held on Thursday, 14th March 2024 at the prestigious Culloden Hotel and Spa in Cultra, Co.Down.
This is the 5th year of Action Renewables’ commitment to the Energy Institute Northern Ireland, and this year is even more significant as we launched our inaugural Ulster University student scholarship (the MSc in Energy Storage) which has been supported by Mark Welsh and his team at the Institute.
Terry Waugh commented “Action Renewables are delighted to be sponsoring the Energy Institute Dinner again in 2024, and this year marks five years since we first embarked upon this partnership. It is great to be able to support an annual event which brings together the key people and companies at the heart of energy in Northern Ireland. This year the dinner is at the Culloden Hotel and already we are looking forward to a great evening.”
Mark Welsh stated “As we move into our 5th year sponsorship of our annual black tie dinner, we in the Energy Institute are honoured to have Action Renewables as a partner to this prestigious event within the Energy Industry. As a sponsor of the McBride, Student of the Year Award, we are really appreciative of the interest shown in helping and encouraging our younger members with the aim of giving them a great start to their career. Their financial contribution has been vital to help us achieve the goals of our Institute including; supporting/building networks, delivering training within the Energy Industry and as part of their 20th year anniversary the continued support of youth development through the sponsorship of a student on the Energy Institute accredited Energy Storage MSc course at Ulster University. You can rest assured that the generous donation is being put to good use ensuring the future of the Institute in Northern Ireland.”
