In October this year, Action Renewables will host a celebratory lunch event at Queen’s University Belfast, to recognise their 20 years as a renewable energy charity. To mark the occasion, one of Ireland’s leading law firms, A&L Goodbody are proud sponsors.
CEO of Action Renewables, Terry Waugh said “Action Renewables are delighted that our event to celebrate twenty years in the Renewable Energy business has been sponsored by A&L Goodbody. ALG have been guiding and assisting us throughout our lifetime, so it is great to have them as our long-established colleagues and sponsor.”
Mark Stockdale also commented “We are delighted to continue our long standing relationship with Action Renewables by sponsoring this milestone event. It’s important for our firm to congratulate them on 20 successful years and to be involved in events, like this, which are keeping the renewable energy sector and the net zero target in the forefront of people’s minds.”
Queen’s University is the venue of choice for this event as it has achieved the Green Meetings Gold Award, which recognises the organisations contribution to improving the environment, address climate change and lift the local economy, an initiative funded by Belfast City Council and delivered by Visit Belfast.
