Powering Positive Change at Belfast Activity Centre.
We’re proud to announce the installation of a 13.2kWh Solar PV system at Belfast Activity Centre, delivered through the Action Renewables Solar PV Support Programme.
This project will help the centre:
✅ Cut electricity bills and reduce running costs
✅ Lower its carbon footprint and emissions
✅ Demonstrate leadership in sustainability for the local community
Best of all – thanks to our Solar PV Support Programme – the installation and maintenance come at zero cost to the centre. Funded entirely by Action Renewables, this initiative allows community and non-profit organisations across Northern Ireland to benefit from renewable energy while we take care of the investment and upkeep
Lana Moore, Head of Charity Delivery, commented:
“Our solar PV support programme is an exciting opportunity for community organisations to reduce their environmental impact and help mitigate CO2 emissions.”
To find out how your organisation could benefit visit the Solar PV programme section on our website.
The Solar PV Programme is currently supporting 26 organisations with renewable energy generation and together, we’re helping Northern Ireland take another step towards Net Zero.
